Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or Instagram once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Within India

We currently ship to all locations within India. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your city and pin code. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) generally receive deliveries faster.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge applies based on your location. The exact amount will be shared with you before your order is confirmed.

Shipping Carriers

We use reliable courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, India Post, and others to ensure your order reaches you safely. The carrier is selected based on your delivery location to ensure the best service.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number and carrier details via WhatsApp or Instagram DM. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address, including house/flat number, street, landmark, city, state, and pin code, is complete and correct. Classy You is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your shipment has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

1. Check the tracking information provided for the current status.
2. Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM with your order details.
3. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issue.

Classy You is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future — follow us on Instagram for updates.
